NEW CLIENTS
A Safe Container for Healing
Working with me is a gentle, collaborative experience. Our time together is centered on helping you feel safe, grounded, and supported from the moment you walk in.
In our first session, we begin by slowing down. I take time to understand what’s happening in your world — your challenges, your goals, the patterns you’re ready to shift, and the parts of you that need care. There’s no pressure, no judgment, and no expectation to share more than you’re comfortable with. From there, our work unfolds gently and at your pace. Together, we begin to build awareness, regulate the nervous system, and create space for new patterns to take shape.
Over time, many clients experience a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and connection — both within themselves and in their relationships. This is a process of steady, supported change, rooted in compassion and presence.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a police detective, working in high-stress undercover roles. I witnessed firsthand how chronic stress and trauma affect the body, mind, and relationships. The nervous system is constantly activated in that world—vigilance becomes a burden that touches everyone.
My approach is different from traditional talk therapy. We do not revisit traumatic memories in detail. We do not push you to disclose anything before you’re ready. Instead, we help your nervous system shift into safety — where the body can finally release what it’s been holding.
