Tailored Mind-Body Healing
My approach blends modern neuroscience with the timeless wisdom of mindfulness and Zen practice. Healing happens when the mind and body learn to work together. Much of our work will focus on calming the nervous system and shifting out of chronic “fight or flight.”
A gentle, highly effective approach that uses mindful, multi-level communication to help the brain release old patterns, resolve emotional pain, and create lasting change — even when memories are unclear or deeply stored.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps the brain process difficult or overwhelming experiences. Rather than reliving the past, we work at a pace that feels safe, allowing your system to integrate and release what’s been held.
Reconnect with your body as a source of safety. Somatic work helps you shift out of “fight or flight” and into the parasympathetic rest-and-restore state where healing naturally occurs. My study of the Autonomic Nervous System, Limbic System, and Vagus Nerve informs much of my work.
Breath is one of the most direct pathways to calming the nervous system. You’ll learn practical, accessible techniques to regulate your physiology and support emotional balance.
While my practice welcomes all clients, my background in law enforcement provides unique insight into trauma, stress, and high-pressure environments. I offer a grounded, compassionate approach to healing, without re-traumatization.
